Spiritual Wellness Coaching Session

A Spiritual Wellness Coaching Consultation is required prior to being accepted as a Coachee.

Your mind, body and spirit all need nourishment to thrive. I meet you where you're at for a 1 hour Coaching Session.

You will receive one of the following:

• Situation Analysis
• Situational Coaching
• Goal Map

NOTE: Documentation is given via email after your Coaching Session. Situation Analysis and Goal Map are created with the aid of a survey you complete online. Results will be provided within 1 - 5 business days.
